"Our belief as developers is to build bespoke, beautiful spaces that will be admired now and for years to come - the devil is in the detail".
David Burges, Director
Below are a selection of homes we have created over the past few years in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick
209 Myton Road, Warwick
A tired 1960's home which we doubled in size to 3200ft2 and gave a much needed facelift! During the build everything was replaced except for 3 external walls, underfloor heating fitted throughout the ground floor, a rainwater harvester system installed, and the most amazing 9m sliding doors to the rear.
1a Mill Road, Leamington Spa
1a Mill Road, Leamington Spa- Having not been lived in for 6 years the property had become derelict. After many meetings with the planning department and English Heritage it was agreed the property could be demolished retaining the facade creating a new 5 bedroom house. The fabric and structure were replaced incorporating new green technology with underfloor heating run from a ground source heat pump heating the entire house.
1a Highland Road, Kenilworth
We completed this 4/5 bedroom eco house in Kenilworth this year. Built to an ‘A’ grade energy efficiency rating, which was achieved by having triple glazing throughout, 50% more insulation than required by building control, and the installation of a 3kw Solar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaics (PV) and LED lights throughout. The kitchen/family room is a stunning room with underfloor heating (the whole of the lower ground floor in underfloor heating) with the addition of oak flooring. There are large 6.5m bifold doors which are 2.5m tall that open onto the south facing limestone patio and garden beyond. The rear of the property and the front entrance were enhnaced by using Western Red Cedar cladding.
Hill Wootton Road, Leek Wootton
A complete transformation of this late 1960′s detached home into a contemporary family home. We extended the rear of the house to take full advantage of a fabulous south facing garden, creating an open plan living/dining area with bifold doors leading onto a yellow balau deck. The facade was changed using smooth white render, grey aluminum windows, cedar cladding and a flat grey roof tile. The end result we think was rather good!
